System Overview: Tenant-Isolated Private AI

Detailed implementation for private, self-hosted, tenant-isolated AI that keeps client data OUT of public LLMs. Leverages local inference (Ollama) and secure gateway architecture.

Evaluation: Hypervisor Performance & Stability

Extensive research and labor-intensive testing to ensure the selection of the correct virtualization layer for specific client environments. We prioritize operational stability and feature parity across diverse hardware footprints.

Validation Effort: Hundreds of hours dedicated to stress-testing, failover verification, and performance profiling to guarantee a zero-compromise production environment.

Evaluation: AI-Native IT & Security Platform

Evaluating Flamingo's OpenFrame as an alternative to traditional RMM/PSA stacks. The focus is on the integration of autonomous AI agents to reduce operational overhead and eliminate vendor lock-in through an open-source core.

Infrastructure Kubernetes-based deployment with open-source alternatives to legacy RMM tools.
Research Objective: 1. Validating the claim of reduction in tool costs
